All prices on our site are displayed in Indian Rupee (INR) and will be charged in Indian Rupees.

For delivery within India, we use a courier service which will take approximately 2-6 working days depending on what state and/or territory you live in.

PRIZO offers free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. We do not offer COD.

Please also note we do not currently ship internationally. However, you may have your purchase delivered to any address within India.

you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at orders@prizochic.com just in case there’s a problem with your order.

Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel.

Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it.

If you contact us within 12 hours via e-mail at orders@prizochic.com or our contact page with your order number, name, and address after ordering, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us for store credit only if you wish upon receiving it.

Orders that require shipping within India will be delivered within 2 to 6 business days, with a standard shipping method.

Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

We always aim at making sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused, and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached for store credit only.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend you refer to our size chart.

Please visit our return page to process your return. Providing the return is within the 14-day return period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a store credit by email. We will arrange a pick-up for you once you fill out the required information on the return page.
